Terms and Conditions
Enrolment Agreement
$1000 non refundable deposit is required to secure enrolment. Balance is payable four (4) weeks prior to course commencement.
Approved Payright Finance plans must be activated four (4) weeks prior to course commencement
Access to HB Academy Online is only granted once course fees have been paid in full OR Payright finance plan has been activated.
HB Academy Online Course Enrolment
1. Course enrolment is complete when the participant has been issued a username and password for online course access/or sent course materials via another method;
2. Course duration is effective from the date elearning access/access to materials is granted; and
3. Course commencement is effective from the date elearning access/access to materials is granted.
4. Course fees are non-transferable to other students.
Course Refunds, Withdrawals & Changes
House of Brows Cosmetic Tattoo Australia complies with Australian Consumer Law in regard to refunds.
We are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about the course that you chose to enrol into.
HB ACADEMY FACE TO FACE
Enrolments can be rescheduled at no extra charge up to 30 days prior to course commencement.
Enrollments rescheduled within 30 days of course commencement will incur a rebooking fee of $1000.
If a student wishes to cancel face to face training once their access to HB Academy Online has been granted they will be partially refunded the difference between online and the face to face course fee.
If Payright Finance has been used, refund will also be minus Payright admin fee.
A full refund is permitted if the enrolment is cancelled 30 days prior to the commencement date and if access to resources has not been provided yet.
Face to face course fees are strictly non refundable within 7 days prior to course commencement.
While course fees are non-refundable, students may have extenuating circumstances that prevent them from undertaking their course. This decision of assessing the extenuating circumstances rests with the Managing Director and shall be assessed on a case by case situation.
HB ACADEMY ONLINE
HB Academy Online is strictly non refundable once access has been granted.
Investment
Cost: $3000
(Deposit of $1000 payable via Shopify to secure your intake).
The total cost of this course is $3000. A non-refundable deposit of $1000 is required to secure enrolment, with the balance paid a minimum of 4 weeks prior to course intake. You will be given access to our online training portal once full payment has been received. Payment plans are also available on the balance remaining. You can select this option, once your enrolment has been received.
Bundle and Save:
- Learn 1 technique over 2 days for $3000
- Learn 2 techniques over 4 days for $5400 (Save $600)
- Learn 3 techniques over 6 days for $7200 (Save $1800)
I recently completed the Micro blading online and 2 day course with jess and it was one of the best experiences.
