Jessica Tovey is the founder and principal artist behind House of Brows, Australia's leading Cosmetic Tattoo Clinic and Training Academy.

With over eight years of industry experience, Jessica has become known for her precision, eye for symmetry, and transformative brow, lip, and eyeliner enhancements that elevate each client’s natural beauty.

From Ombré Brows to Lip Blush and Eyeliner Tattooing, Jessica’s work is built on technical excellence, customisation, and exceptional long term results. Her approach has earned her a reputation as an industry expert, backed by a loyal client base, glowing reviews, and a growing online audience.

But Jessica’s impact extends far beyond her treatment room. As an accredited trainer and industry mentor, she has taught and guided hundreds of aspiring and established artists through her in-person training, online courses, and business mentoring.

With over 8 years of experience and hundreds of students trained, Jess is known for her ability to simplify complex techniques, deliver real results, and create confident artists who stand out in a saturated market.

Her approach blends mastery of technique with a deep understanding of business, branding, and premium client experience, equipping her students not just to tattoo, but to lead, grow, and succeed.

CASSIE

HEAD EDUCATOR

Cassie is the Head Educator and Senior Artist at House of Brows, known for her strong commitment to achieving customised, high-quality results for every client. With a background in both Fitness and Graphic Design, she brings a unique combination of creativity, precision, and technical understanding to her work in cosmetic tattooing.

A natural perfectionist, Cassie approaches each treatment with care and intention, ensuring results are balanced, polished, and tailored to complement each client’s features. Cosmetic tattooing has become her creative outlet, allowing her to combine artistry with her passion for helping clients feel more confident.

After leaving her corporate career to pursue cosmetic tattooing full-time, Cassie quickly established herself as a highly skilled artist within the industry. As Head Educator, she is passionate about mentoring aspiring artists and maintaining the high standards of training and technique that House of Brows is known for.

Outside of the studio, Cassie is a proud mother of four who values growth, creativity, and building a career aligned with her passion.

ANNE

BROW SPECIALIST

Anne brings over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry, working with a wide range of skin types, brow shapes, and client preferences. Her extensive knowledge allows her to expertly colour-match brow dyes to complement each client’s natural hair colour and facial features, creating beautifully balanced results.

At House of Brows, Anne specialises in cosmetic brow tattoo treatments including ombré and combination brows, as well as sleek brow laminations and natural lash lifts. Her attention to detail and refined technique ensure every client leaves with polished, flattering results that enhance their natural beauty.

Beyond her technical expertise, Anne prides herself on building genuine connections with her clients. She is known for her calm, warm approach, creating a relaxed and reassuring environment where clients feel comfortable, heard, and confident throughout their treatment experience.

Away from work, Anne enjoys spending quality time with her dog, Winnie and prioritising her wellbeing through Pilates, which supports both her balance and focus in and out of the studio.

RAD

LIP BLUSH SPECIALIST

Rad is the Lip Blush Specialist at House of Brows, known for her precision, attention to detail, and quietly confident approach to her work. A self-confessed perfectionist, she takes great care in creating beautifully balanced, natural-looking lip blush results that enhance each client’s features while maintaining a soft, effortless finish.

With a background in Information Technology, Rad brings a methodical and detail-oriented mindset to her craft, valuing quality and consistency in every treatment she performs. Her calm and considered approach helps clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

This year, Rad stepped outside her comfort zone to pursue advanced training in cosmetic tattooing, embracing her “life is short, just do it” mindset and quickly developing a passion for lip blush artistry.

Outside the studio, Rad is a proud mother of two boys who enjoys travelling, capturing special moments, and making the most of every opportunity to create lasting memories.
